How do I return an item?

We want you to be 100% happy! If you choose to return your purchase, simply call us or send us an email and a representative will assist you as soon as possible. Please have your order number ready.

You may also fill out the form below and we will contact you as soon as possible.



What are the delivery charges for orders?

We are happy to offer FREE ground shipping on all gift item purchases of $100 or more (*furniture items excluded). For orders less than $100, 5-7 day business shipping is available for $10.

Do you offer rush delivery?

We have two expedited options: Next Day shipping and 3 Day shipping.

Next Day shipping delivers your purchase the following business day (Monday – Friday) after shipment.

3 Day shipping delivers three business days (Monday – Friday) after shipment.

  • Next Day Shipping is available for an additional $35.00 per address.
  • 3 Day Shipping is available for an additional $25.00 per address.
When will my order ship?

In-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. Orders placed after 1:30p.m. EST will be considered next business day.

When will my order arrive?

All purchases are shipped from our store location. If ground shipping is chosen, your shipment can be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days after your order is processed.

What credit cards do you accept?

Our online store accepts Visa®, JCB®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® Network, and Diners Club®.

Do you charge a sales tax?

Tax-free shopping in Oregon. Woohoo!

Do you include packing slips?

We do not include packing slips because so many of our orders are gifts sent directly to the gift recipient. The email confirmation you receive after placing an order is your receipt. However, if for any reason you require this paperwork, please call (503) 618-9394 and we will mail or email you a copy.

Is your site secure?

Yes, at Celebrate Me Home Online we have engineered our site to make use of the most powerful security and encryption techniques available under law.

Do you charge for gift wrap?

At Celebrate Me Home Online we are committed to providing a memorable gift giving experience for our customers. Gift packaging is included in every product we sell and never at an additional charge. Gift wrapping descriptions are listed with the information about our gifts.

I cannot say enough about this darling shop! Pam is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is knowledgable, honest and fun – a true professional. I needed new furniture for our great room but wanted items that would play well with our existing furniture pieces. Pam took note to my style and color scheme and offered several options for me to choose from. I am happy to say I love our new sofas, chairs and ottoman. The cutest “little” shop, it’s not actually little because it’s four floors, but it has that small homie feel. I can’t wait to go back! This will be a great place to study throughout the school year and I’ll probably get suckered into buying all the great season things I don’t need hahaha. Can’t wait to see what their merchandise is like during Christmas

The coffee was delicious and I’m looking forward to trying the homemade quiche next time.
