How do I return an item?

We want you to be 100% happy! If you choose to return your purchase, simply call us or send us an email and a representative will assist you as soon as possible. Please have your order number ready.

You may also fill out the form below and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping + Handling

We are happy to offer FREE ground shipping on all merchandise orders of $100 and over (*furniture items excluded).

For Gift orders less than $100, ground shipping with delivery in 5-7 business days is available for $10.
In-stock Gift items usually ship within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. Orders placed after 1:30p.m. EST will be considered next business day.
We have two expedited Gift shipping options: Next Day Delivery (M-F) for $35 and 3-5 Day Delivery (M-F) for $25.

What credit cards do you accept?

Our online store accepts Visa®, JCB®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® Network, and Diners Club®.

Do you charge a sales tax?

Tax-free shopping in Oregon. Woohoo!

Do you include packing slips?

We do not include packing slips because so many of our orders are gifts sent directly to the gift recipient. The email confirmation you receive after placing an order is your receipt. However, if for any reason you require this paperwork, please call (503) 618-9394 and we will mail or email you a copy.

Do you charge for gift wrap?

At Celebrate Me Home Online we are committed to providing a memorable gift giving experience for our customers. Gift packaging is included in every Gift product we sell and never at an additional charge. Gift wrapping descriptions are listed with the information about our gifts.
